HELA Novel Metals, LLC, is a privately funded and owned US Corporation based in Woburn, Massachusetts.

It was established in 2017 to focus on production of fine metal powders of critical rare earths, scandium, titanium, niobium, nickel, cobalt, copper, aluminum, iron, boron, manganese and associated alloy metal powders. Rare earth metal powders can be readily sintered into permanent magnets. Other metals are widely applied in additive manufacturing, 3D printing, injection molding, metal coating and making catalysts.

The corporation has developed and validated a unique state-of-the-art technology that is robust enough to turn metal oxides, metal chlorides, metal carbonates or metal sulfates into metallic powders (1-5 um) without applying traditional metal reduction and electrolysis methods.
